RAGU DI FAGIOLI
Vegan, delicate casserole with white beans, tomatoes, and fresh vegetables with complementary spices.
To cook:
Heat the ragout in a saucepan and simply serve it with e.g. a plant-based good-quality sausage or with a quality meat-based sausage.
Try serving the dish on a bed of al-dente haricots verts and sprouting broccoli.
