BONZO VEGAN

Bonzo Vegan is vegetarian food made with care and attention to detail. The product range includes six tasty casseroles using only high-quality vegetables. SERVING:

Heat Bonzo Vegan in a pan or microwave oven, or serve it cold directly from the jar with fresh bread. If eaten with rice, pasta, potatoes, fresh bread, or other accompaniments, one jar will serve 2-4 people.

RAGÚ DI FAGIOLI

Heat the ragout in a saucepan and simply serve it with e.g. a plant-based good-quality sausage or with a quality meat-based sausage. Try serving the dish on a bed of al-dente haricots verts and sprouting broccoli.

ARRABIATA

Heat contents in a saucepan while cooking some pasta and serve immediately. Serve with sliced sweet snack peppers, adding crispiness to the dish, and garnish with fresh thyme.

CHILLI SIN CARNE

Heat contents in a saucepan and serve with warm pitta bread, fresh herbs, and extra chilli to taste. Try serving the dish on a bed of al-dente broccoli and sprinkle with Bonzo Sidedish Pearl Barley and some finely-sliced fresh chilli.

FAGIOLI AL FORNO

A delicious ragout made of tomatoes, beans, and lots of vegetables. Serve warm or cold as a spread on polenta or focaccia and add slices of ripe avocado, chopped vegetables, and fresh herbs.

FUNGHI CON POMODORI

‘Penny Bun’ mushrooms and tomatoes are the main ingredients in this dish which Aunt Bonzo discovered from the Italian cuisine. Serve it with Bonzo Pearl Barley as a satisfying and tasty main dish.

RAGOUT AL PACCANTINO

Heat contents in a saucepan and try halving a couple of courgettes and filling them with ragout – garnish with green asparagus halves and sprinkle with parmesan. Serve with pitta bread or polenta.
