CHILLI SIN CARNE
Vegan, sumptuous casserole with white beans, tomatoes, and fresh vegetables with complementary spices.
To cook:
Heat contents in a saucepan and serve with warm pitta bread, fresh herbs, and extra chilli to taste.
Try serving the dish on a bed of al-dente broccoli and sprinkle with Bonzo Sidedish Pearl Barley and some finely-sliced fresh chilli.
